Marc is a transactional attorney handling real estate and business matters that include short-sale negotiations; debt settlements; contract review/negotiation/drafting; landlord-tenant disputes; insurance claim settlements; and entity creation and restructuring. His status as a Designated Broker compliments his real estate legal practice and enables him to provide his clients with the highest level of professional legal representation.

Marc began his career in Arizona’s real estate industry. In 1999, Marc graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in business, with a real estate emphasis. His employment experience is rooted in commercial and residential brokerage, as well as being an owner and manager of various multi-family assets. Marc returned to business school in 2007 to secure a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and later, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston. Marc has been licensed to practice in Arizona since 2007.
