Fred Thomas practices civil litigation. Though his litigation background is broad, at present he assists the partners in his firm with various civil litigation matters, often in construction litigation.

However, Fred’s particular interest is in assisting persons who have been injured by third parties. He has assisted a number of clients who have been involved in a variety of accidents over the years. Commonly clients come to the firm because of an automobile accident, but by no means is Fred’s practice limited to just automobile accidents. For example, he also represents people injured by dog bites. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Fred worked as an adjuster for a major insurer; he understands how adjusters think and what makes them “tick.”
