Mr. Craven acts as corporate counsel to closely held business entities (corporations, non-profits, and limited liability companies). He helps clients set up companies, drafts buy-sell agreements and other documents for the management and operation of the company. He has been involved in the transfer or sale of several businesses and assists companies to wind down and dissolve.

Mr. Craven also assists in real estate transactions, including document drafting, assistance with due diligence for a purchase, and has assisted with preparation and review of financing documentation (e.g., carryback loans). Additionally, he has experience drafting documents pertaining to the development of property (generally, well share agreements and easements). He has also assisted with foreclosures, both undertaking foreclosures (judicial and non-judicial) and defending against them.

Also, Mr. Craven engages in real estate, construction and commercial litigation.
